Review:

Rob B - One word is all I need to describe this video. D I S T U R B I N G ! ! ! “No Good!!!!!”

Rob L - I’m assuming that this video was created and produced by a kid who is only thirteen years old as his/her Youtube user id is The13YearOldArtist. So I will first give positive feedback, then I will follow with some constructive criticism. The animation is pretty decent for a thirteen year old kid. I’m impressed that he/she was able to animate and put this storyboard together and post it on Youtube given their age. I think this shows that they have some potential. Also, excellent choice in music selection. Glycerin is one of my favorite songs.

Ok onto the constructive feedback. To some extent I have to agree with Rob B. The images of the dead dog were a bit disturbing and the fact that a thirteen year old drew the images only increases the moroseness of the video. Also, it is very boring for a viewer to have to look at the same image for over a minute while the background song is playing. It would have been better if the author could have created more animation to fill this gap or just edited the song to cut the video short. I was very tempted to stop the video because of this long pause as I figured there would be nothing else at the end. So that is my two cents. Please keep trying, I think you have talent and can do better. My rating “No Good”.

Rob L - Yep, this video pretty much sums up life in a nutshell. We can all just go kill ourselves now as it would be senseless to continue this dreary dull predictable existence we call a life. I myself plan on going out in style when I die. No heart attacks at 80 for me, no sir. I plan on bungee jumping out of an airplane, while in flight, strapped to two naked Puerto Rican girls while drinking a bottle of gin and smoking a cigar. At the exact moment the bungee cord stretches to it’s full length and is about to recoil, I will cut the line with a knife and soar to earth with a giant smile and a hard on. I will then crash into the ocean, as we will be flying over the ocean, where I will be eaten by sharks. How do you want to die? My rating “It’s Good”.

Rob B - That was fucking great. Thank you so much for realizing what I have always thought. Life is for the most part filler for the few who are great, who will achieve and who will make a difference. I like to think of those people as the ones who entertain me, both in a positive and negative way. George Bush is such an example, you decide on the positive and negative. I loved this and could think of many people when watching this. “Its Good!!!!” By the way watch out for Rob version 2.0 coming soon.!

Rob L - This animation is truly a work of art. I loved the simplicity of the sticky note even though the animation was not simple to create. The music that accompanied the animation fit perfectly. Jeff, you did an awesome job on this. My rating “It’s Good”.

Rob B - A friend of mine had me watch this a few weeks ago, and I could have sworn that we reviewed this. I loved it, man what a work of true art. Not just the animation, but the message. Too few in this world set goals. We need more goal setting, in our life, in our personal, in our social and obviously in our work life. To say more about this video would be to diminish what it is. “Its Good!!!!”

Rob L - I have to say, that I am not a big fan of these endorphin animated films. Although I must admit, this is probably the best one I have seen so far, but that is not saying much. At least this particular video has a storyline. Most do not even have that. I thought the first two minutes were very boring. I almost considered turning it off, but changed my mind and decided to continue watching. The peanut butter jelly scene was about the most entertaining part of the video. Again, that is not saying much. Sorry revertedlogic, but I just really didn’t like this video. My rating “No Good”

Rob B - Did I miss something? I understand that everything has to start somewhere, but this is ridiculous. I was bored and when I see things like this I think, why? Not well written at all. “No Good!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Rob B - This had me laughing out loud. Watch the video again but this time replace the cat with someone you know in your head, a partner, parent, child friend or co-worker. For me it is my wife who I love dearly, but can’t hardly stand if she is acting like the cat, especially when I am watching the finals for cricket. Just kidding, cricket is nice and all but give me competitive bowling or lumberjack competition any day of the week. I have added the creator of the video as someone to watch out for. Well done! “Its Good!!!!”

Rob L - I have to agree with Rob B on his review. This video was great. Awesome story line and great animation and sound. I could easily see this as a newspaper comic strip. I loved it. My rating “It’s Good”
