Rob L - Awesome advice doc. I’ll have to try the no sugar diet next time I’m sick as well as the hydrogen peroxide treatment. One thing that I have found that helps me to prevent getting sick is to take a chewable 500 mg vitamin C tablet each day. Ever since I started taking the vitamin C, I rarely ever get sick. My rating “It’s Good”.

Rob B - Did anyone else fall asleep when this guy started talking. I can’t even tell you what he recommended. ZZZZZ!!! I just fell asleep again. What did he say? If I slept through it, then it can’t be any good. “No Good!!!”
